Fast Guide to Buy an Enduro E-Bike: Everything You Need to Know
Home landing on the Enduro E-Bikes website you’ll be brought to the homepage where general information of Enduro E-Bikes and specification of our E-bikes can be found. If you’re interested in purchasing an e-bike then you can head up to the E-bikes tab, where all the information regarding customizing and building an E-bike unique to you can be found.
In this blog post we are going to help you navigate the site, cause we know that it can be a little bit overwhelming trying to find the best E-bike for your necessities.
ENDURO E-BIKES PAGE:
The first thing you’ll see on the E-bikes page it’s a link to our social media sites, where you can find various pictures and videos of different styles of E-bikes to get a better understanding of what design might suit your style best. There you can also find fun facts, important information about the regulations, how to use very specific things and so on.
CUSTOM BUILD EBIKE:
Then you’ll see the yellow button that says: “Click here to custom build an E-Bike” If you click on it, it will take you to a custom builder
Where every E-bike customization possible is listed, all the colour options, motor options, etc. are listed, along with the price breakdown of each part.
You can build and configure a custom E-Bike through here and purchase it directly through this page. It’s possible to use this page to customize multiple bikes. Say you wanna order multiple builds you can basically pick up all your options and head down to the bottom and click “Buy Now”.
Each time you click “buy now” a new custom bike will be added to your cart. So that’s our Custom Builder page, but if we go back and scroll down we’ll find the most popular specs of every E-bike listed:
In this page you’ll find the basic standard starter E-bikes, essentially it’s an overview of the most popular specs. If you click on one of them you’ll be able to customize some of the specific options of the bikes. It also gives you specific pictures of that model of bike, so you’re able to see the details on that bike.
And the specs of the bike:
This is a very important step, because you’ll know the specs of every component. If you wanna know everything about your future E-Bike: battery capacity, information of the controller, motor specs, build time, etc. These same specs apply to the bikes your custom building on the custom bike builder page.
Talking about build time, keep in mind that the days we estimate may change, it depends on the time of the year and the amount of E-bikes we need to build, so just be patient, it can take from 15-30 business days on average.
If you go to the bottom of this page, you’ll find 3 hidden buttons:
“Click here to custom build in more detail”
“Click here to check for pre-build stock”
And “Click here to see our online media pack”
If you click on the second option: “Click here to check for pre-build stock” it will allow you to check the availability on a pre-configured bike, you might be thinking: “Why is this important or beneficial for the customer” well these E-bikes are already built and ready to ship.
In this page you’re limited to the amount of options that can be changed. You can only change quick things like: GPS, mud guards, turn signal mirrors etc. keep in mind when making any changes at all to a pre-built bike it will add delay to when your bike ships. Not nearly as much as a fully custom built bike but you could expect to see a 1 – 2 week delay depending on the amount of changes our bike tech has to make. All the specs of our pre-built bikes are listed on the pre-built bike pages. Without any changes needing to be made they can be shipped within 24 – 48hrs after payment processing.
The most beneficial thing is the “Build Time” because it says that there are no days required and your bike is ready to go, it can be shipped in the next 24 to 48 hours after payment processing. This is the best option for people who want to get riding an E-bike quickly.
Moving on from here, you can basically summarize the same methods applied to every E-bike listed in here:
The next most important thing on our webpage can be found if you scroll down on this page:
It is immediately underneath of our most popular E-bikes section, you’ll find a button that says: “Take a look at the Enduro E-bikes media pack”, if you click on it, it will take you to a gallery of images that contain all the different parts and features that the bikes support, you can find the information about the Frame Size, the Controller types, fork styles, etc.
Everything is listed in here with the appropriate information that you wanna know. Here you’ll answer the question: “Why would I want this option?” “What does this option have that the other one doesn’t?”
This next section will blow your mind:
Additionally, we have two bikes that are unique to their own pages. If you’re looking to buy an E-bike that is very long range and weight isn’t a big concern, then this is the bike for you:
The Eco Ranger is an extremely long range bike with a very small 1500w motor and it’s a massive 64 AH battery
Going back you can also find The Eco Road 5000 Series:
This is one of our most popular sellers as well, this bike is tailored more to road commuting at a higher rate of speed, this is a well rounded candidate for someone wanting to get a bike to pass inspection and be able to register and insure it for hassle free motorway usage. Or just want a bike that’s going to be good for long range offroad trail riding. It’s a lot like the 5000W but with a bigger battery that requires the controller to be mounted externally.
If the standard 28.8Amp hour battery with the 5000W bikes from the custom builder aren’t enough the Eco Road 5000w fixes that problem by including a 48 Amp hour battery with a 5000w motor. You can also make the usual changes on this page like the other bikes to make your Eco Road 5000w unique to you.
Moving on to The Slayer:
The Slayer S-8000 represents the perfect blend of electro-mechanical synergy by combining your intrinsic muscle power with a silent, high torque, brushless hub motor to produce a riding experience like nothing else on Earth.
While The Slayer doesn’t have many customizable features as the Enduro E-Bike it does offer a much more rigid frame. It’s a much heavier frame, with full metal panels and everything, and it’s useful for people that are wanting a heavy bike for street and offroad.
The robust and heavier duty frame sacrifices light weight for strength, when it comes to extreme off-road capability.
Last but not least we are also a supplier of The Sur-Ron Light Bee motocross E-Bike. It is one of our favourites when it comes to motocross enthusiasts looking for a big engine that keeps all of the weight centralized on the bike.
This makes it more controllable over jumps.
We just reviewed the path that you can follow when you first arrive on the website, how to navigate the website and where to find the information. Then we went on the E-bikes tab and showed you how to build an E-Bike and add the specific things to your build. Now we’re going to take you to checkout, cause you’ve probably got your perfect bike built and you’re ready to go.
So here in the checkout page you can see the description and specs of your full build, you can also enter a coupon code. If you hit “Proceed to checkout” button
You can then enter all your shipping details. Once all your shipping details are entered you’ll be able to see on your right hand side the price breakdown as well the shipping options that are available to you. We offer two types of shipping options and they calculate the total cost based on the shipping information entered.
The shipping times for sea shipping method can take from 30 to 60 days depending on port delays and if you’re looking for a faster shipping you can also select the more expensive Fast Shipping via air, which is going to take the bike to you in 14 days or less, but it doesn’t include import fees, you’ll have to pay around $150 CAD extra using this method.
You can also find the information of every type of shipping at the bottom of the page.
At the very bottom you’ll have the different options to pay, you can pay with your debit or credit card or via PayPal.
You can use PayPal, however it incurs a larger fee for the security and ease of use that some people might prefer. Using the credit card on the website is very easy and secure, but the main reason that many people go with PayPal is all their card details are filled in there, so they don’t have to enter anything.
Some people prefer the buyer protection that PayPal offers, even though we already have a refund policy that you can check at the bottom of the site. In short if your bike hasn’t shipped yet a refund is very easy to process. After it ships it can become a little more tricky so it’s best to reach out to us via the contact tab to discuss your bike’s status and the possibility of a refund.
